Excellent July 15, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These diapers rock. We tried other brands, and had all sorts of awful leaks. Nary a leak with these. The extra stay dry layer makes cleaning pee a breeze. Cons - opening the box is tough, I managed to cut myself once on a sharp edge. They are lightly fragranced, good to know for the allergic.
Good absorption and stretchable waist band July 10, 2006 I used both Pampers Swaddlers and Baby dry. I could not find much difference in absorption between these two. However, I perfer Swaddlers because of the stretchable waist band, which makes me easier to change diapers, and mesh layer. The only drawback of Swaddlers was, in my opinion, the smell. However, I've got accustomed to it and my baby does not seem to care either.
Savior for a Preemie July 9, 2006 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
My daughter is a preemie and spent the first two and a half weeks of her life in the NICU. The nurses always had bags of Pamper's Preemie sized diapers and that's what was always put on her. They were great. When we were preparing to have her home with us we went searching for preemie sized diapers and could only find Huggies Preemies, so we bought several bags. They leaked SO BAD! Every time I'd pick her up from her bed, her bottom side felt wet and there was a small stain on the sheet. :(
None of my local retail stores carried the pampers preemie diapers, but I did see a bag of Newborn sized ones and thought I'd give them a shot.
They were a very tiny bit bigger, but it didn't matter at all. They fit wonderfully and she didn't have anymore leaks. From only 3lbs13oz till she now when she's just hit a little over 7lbs these have worked the best for my daughter. They've begun to get a little snug but they still fit her and I still haven't gotten a single leak from them (even when she had a bad bought of diarrhea a little over a week ago!)
I still have a whole bag of untouched huggies that I'll probably never use. Oh well.
These are so much more reliable.
THE BEST!!!!! July 3, 2006 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Just had to had my 2 cents here about this diaper. My 4 month old son has been in the swaddlers since his premature birth and he truly has not had one single diaper leak yet! He is my 3rd child and once again, I have found myself a true Pampers fan!
I agree with the other reviewer that noted how well these diapers fit. All 3 of my children have been different weights and body frames, yet Pampers has been the best fit for all of them!
I Love them!
the best diapers June 29, 2006 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I had used another brand of diapers and ended up changing sheets every morning because of the serious leaking. It was awful, so I switched to these and love them. Definitely no leaking whatsoever, so I will be using pampers from now on.
