I am impressed with the peanut/chocolate favor. Chewy, has a fresh texture. Lower in fat than most bars.

I like the berry and lemon flavors of these better, the PB was soooo very sweet that I could only eat half with a cup of coffee. This flavor is like a treat, not a meal replacement. The Lemon Lift is best

This bar deserves no star, but I am giving it 1 one star since thats the lowest.
This Nutrition Bar, sold as "Low Glycemic" has 15 GRAMS OF SUGER PER SERVING!!
How can you possibly market this as "Low-Glycemic?"
Other low-Glycemic bars have 5 grams of suger per serving, and taste just as good or better.
Try PowerCrunch or OhYeah bars for the same taste with 1/4 the added sugar of these bars.

This is hands down the best tasting nutrition bar on the market. I ahve tried them all and then I came across these bars on Amazon. They are clinically validated low gi and are packed with nutrients. I eat 1 a day. I just wish they were on the auto reorder program. You also need to try the Berry BlissSoLo Gi Low Glycemic Nutrition Bar, Berry Bliss, 1.76-Ounce Bars (Pack of 12)
