4 out of 5 stars Excellent product but does not always include an adapter   December 27, 2008

My 8GB MicroSD card was sold by Blue Proton and shipped without an adapter, which was OK for me because I already have several.
The only way I can explain why sometimes this item ships with an adapter and some other times without is that it depends on the retailer selling it, even though the description from the Amazon website is common to all the retailers selling this item. However, when you see "bulk packaging" on the description chances are that the adapter is not included.

5 out of 5 stars Works great   December 26, 2008
I ordered two of these for the Samsung Eternity. Both work great and beat the hell out of the in store price where I upgraded my phone. The cards there were almost $60 and the rep said he would knock the price down to $42 for me. I laughed and asked if he had internet access and told him the price I had found. Neither person working at that store could believe this 8gb card could be found for around $17. I showed them the price on Amazon and they were both stunned.

Both cards have been working great.

Now, if only the price for the 16gb would come down!

This is a one time purchase. This card with my blackberry was all I needed. And the price is UNBEATABLE!!!

5 out of 5 stars 8GB for my Sprint HTC Touch   December 24, 2008
Works perfect in my Sprint HTC Touch (may require latest firmware).

8GB of storage at my disposal. More than I'll probably ever need on my phone. But, Now I can carry complete seasons of TV Shows to watch/listen too while programming.

5 out of 5 stars Good price, massive storage, easy installation!   December 19, 2008
After reading many Amazon reviews of various microSDHC cards (this Ultra model seems to offer optimal transfer/saving speeds), I ordered my nifty ScanDisk Ultra micoSD 8GB card (new packaging and it is Class 6) from Straight Trading, Inc. for $28 bucks, good deal. They sent USPS and I got it in 5 days. Formatted in my PC (man the card and the adaptor are TINY!) first, adjusted my Blackberry Curve 8330 (man I love that phone) to "Mass Storage Mode Support" 'On'. I slipped the tiny thing into my phone...done! 7.5GB of memory immediately recognized by my Blackberry, I'm good to go and couldn't be more satisfied with the price, speed of delivery, and ease of use.
