Microsoft to this day has not digested the change! So, when someone enters our address, it directs them to the west end of the street, which is close, but no cigar! Trying to feed them corrections? The second one was also defective. I called Microsoft and they claimed that they had no record of the product that I was shipped. I returned the second one as well. I do not recommend buying anything from this supplier. Exelent product   January 6, 2009 I bought this product to replace a 2005 version. It has more options & features than the previous version.
