Programs all work just fine with no flaws that I've seen yet. My only real reason for buying this was to be compatible with most other people and businesses though I did wait for it to go on sale. My only real dislike is the One Note program. It's probably good for students but I have no use for it. Also, many people still use older versions and they can't open your files if saved in the new format. However, if you have an older version of Office I seen no real reason to upgrade. Not an Up-grade   January 7, 2009 Well this isn't really an upgrade; this is a whole new program. I upgraded my Office 2000 to 2007 and it was like going from Lotus to Office. The feel (menu system) is totally different. Going to have a learning curve on this upgrade.
