5 out of 5 stars Great computer!   December 27, 2008
I have a Bell brand computer I got from Target for about $20 on my nice road bike. It was limited to what it could do and would stop operating if I went over 20mph. Enter the Cateye. I got it for Christmas and just took it out for a 40 mile ride. Easy to use and see, never failed to tell me what I need to know. Set up and installation is easy. Now if only cadence was included for the price! :)

4 out of 5 stars VERY NICE   December 23, 2008
I bought the Strada Wireless about 6 months ago and have had no problems in general. The face is easy to read and the function action is a great idea as buttons can be a problem, especially in the winter. Now one thing to keep in mind. I ride in Marin County and many of the intersections with stop lights are triggered by a street surface magnetic type switching device. If I roll up and stand in the area, which is generally easy to spot, the Cateye usually goes a bit nuts but will return to normal within a minute or so. The other thing I noticed is the computer is beginning to rattle from it's fastening unit, carrier, whatever that is. The computer still works great but the rattling sound does get a bit annoying.

5 out of 5 stars Suits my needs   December 16, 2008
I had no problem setting this product up on my bike. It was actually quite easy. The display is easy to read while riding and I think pretty accurate. I also use a very inexpensive gps tracker to capture my route. The trip tick resets automatically after no usage which makes it easy for me to keep track how far I have gone on my current ride.

4 out of 5 stars Nice bike meter   November 17, 2008
This is a nice cute bike meter. It is sleek, easy to install, and quite accurate. I wish it had a temperature function. The price on Amazon was lower than the local store, even after the shipping.

It is easy to use while riding the bike. I recommend this product.

5 out of 5 stars Does what it supposed to do   November 13, 2008
For me less is more - I do not like gadgets and gizmos. I like to keep things simple and this is certainly true when it comes to biking. I want to get out there and enjoy myself.

The Strada Wireless is great - just setup and install is as per instructions (if you find the multilanguage/small print of the included instruction sheet overwhelming just download a two page English version from the Cateye web site).

The Strada is a quality product and the single button interface (just push the face of the unit) is all you need.

The second trip meter is a nice. Since it can be reset independently of the main measurements you can easily measure sections of a ride.
