Product Description Inspired by the Olympic sport of luge and coal shovel racing, this unique plastic snow sled is safe, easy to learn and a very exhilarating downhill sport! It's compact, lightweight, very maneuverable in turns and handles all types of terrain. U.S.A.

Customer Reviews:
This sled was a blast! December 25, 2008 I just took my daughter sledding with our new Zipfys. We had so much fun! They fly down the hill and are easy to steer once you go down the hill a couple of times and get the hang of it. The only thing I would change is that the seat would be a little more "grippy". It seemed like my rear end slid around a lot but that might have been from the deep snow I was plowing through. I would highly recommend a Zipfy!
Poor imitation of the original MiniBob Sled December 16, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
Hammacher Schlemmer appears to make a better ripoff of this classic alpine toy. I tried for 3 years to get the uptight German company Loeger to ship them to me, but no dice. Now it seems that everyone is taking advantage of an expired patent that didn't belong to Loeger in the first place. Even the German plastics manufacturer jumped ship on them and came out with a souped up adult size version. This version is pitiful; the handle is too short and like the Hammacher Schlemmer model has no molding to improve grip. They both seem to have eliminated the all important rope hole so you have to carry the darn thing by the slippery awkward handle or in your arms! Try that climbing back up a hill! I have 2 cracked and faded 34 year old Minibobs that would kick this thing's butt on the slopes. My siblings and I think they were the best winter fun we ever had.
